Pre-Orders
Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time the order is placed. Estimated dispatch for all pre-orders will commence on 30 September. Please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change because of production schedules, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping
All JTO deliveries require a signature upon acceptance.
All your orders are shipped from our processing center through our delivery partner
For customers within Nigeria, orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within a further 2-7 business days, depending upon location.
International orders are generally dispatched within 4 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days after dispatch.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. JTO The Label shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
We’ll send you a tracking number from our third-party delivery partner, this should enable you to track your order while it’s on its way to you. It is advised that you track your order and check your emails for any updates from our delivery partner and provide additional details where necessary.  
The cost of shipping is calculated at the point of checkout and is dependent on your country and region

Delivery
Your order will be delivered during working business days and A signature may be required upon delivery. By arranging delivery to the address provided, the customer authorises any person at that address to accept delivery on their behalf.
If there’ll be a delay with your order JTOthelabel will reach out to you with an update on your order.

Depending on your country, public holidays may impact delivery timelines. Kindly note that JTOthelabel has no control over additional delays as a result of this.
In the event that a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, JTO The Label reserves the right, at its sole discretion, either to issue a replacement (subject to stock availability) or provide a refund.

If no complaint is raised about the order within 14 days of the delivery,  JTOthelabel will assume there are no issues and that the package has been received successfully.
Ownership of the products passes to the customer once the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout and signed for by the recipient.

JTO The Label shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, industrial action, public holidays, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or force majeure events.

Any parcel returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs duties may be subject to additional shipping, handling, storage, and administrative charges.

Customs and Duties
Kindly note that international orders may be subject to additional customs tax and duties depending on the laws within the recipient country.
We have no control over what charges may be applied to your order but we advise that before placing an order you consult the customs office in your country for additional clarification. All customs duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, and other governmental charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
